The Boulevard Magazine's one year anniversary cover party held at New York City's Hawaiian Tropic Zone was featured heavily on episode two of E!'s Living Lohan show.  In October 2007, The Boulevard held a One Year Anniversary/cover party at the famed Hawaiin Tropic Zone and invited past cover personalities to join in the fun.  Among those in attendance was The Boulevard's first cover, Dina Lohan, mother of celebrity Lindsay Lohan.  The day of the party was, coincidently, the first day of filming for Lohan's new TV show "Living Lohan" which debuted this month. Almost the entire episode was filmed at The Boulevard Magazines party.
